Re: Summary of Progress on Action Steps in the 2008-2009 SPSA

There are over 322 action steps and accompanying benchmarks in the SPSA. The full SPSA can be accessed on the Bell web site. This report summarizes our progress to this point. This report was based on data available at the time from the staff responsible, including classroom teachers, Department Chairs, SLC Leads, Counselors, Coordinators, Parent Center Staff, and Administrators. Any questions regarding progress can be directed to staff responsible or the SPSA Coordinator.

A color code indicates current status. Note that many action steps are of an ongoing nature.

Green = Met, on time action

Blue = Substantially met/meeting, ongoing action or activity, often of a cyclical nature

Orange = Behind schedule, not done completely, in progress, partially implemented

Red = Not Done, Needs Attention

Purple = Action modified, pending further action or revision of SPSA
